Essency Creek House (essencycreek.us) is a personal site documenting one family's property in the Snoqualmie Valley, Washington. It is published because the material may interest others — not as a commercial service. Using the site means accepting the terms below.

What the site offers

Public pages — property history, project logs, notes, wildlife sightings, and maps — are free to read, with no account required. Sign-in exists only for the property owners and is limited to specific pre-approved email addresses.

Accuracy

Historical material is collected from public records, local archives, and family sources. It is shared in good faith but may contain errors, and it is not offered as authoritative historical or legal reference. Gardening and land-management notes describe what worked on this particular property in this particular climate; they are not professional horticultural advice. Nothing here should be relied on for property boundaries, land use, or legal purposes.

Photographs and written material are the property of the site owners unless otherwise credited. You are welcome to read and link to anything here. Please ask before republishing photographs or substantial portions of text elsewhere.
